When to put your bins out

Out by 7 a.m.

Place your bins at the curb by 7 a.m. on your collection day.

No earlier than 5 p.m. the night before

Don't put your bins out before 5 p.m. the evening before collection.

Starting collection at a new property

Developers and property managers requesting garbage, recycling and organics collection for a new or redeveloped property should complete an application to start waste collection.
