Residential care

When living independently is no longer safe or practical, we offer residential care options with different levels of medical support, personal care and specialized services to meet individual needs.

Assisted living

  • Personal support, not nursing care
  • Independent apartment living
  • Scheduled assistance visits
  • No 24-hour medical staff

Dementia care

  • Specialized program for behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia
  • Transitional behavioural program for 90 days or upon stabilization

Long-term care

  • 24/7 registered nursing and personal care services
  • Help with all daily activities
  • Complex medical needs

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Need on-site 24-hour nursing care
  • Need help with daily living activities
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a valid Ontario health card
