Sexual assault support

Sexual assault is any type of sexual activity or contact that you don't consent to. You deserve support, and help is available 24/7.

You're in control of what happens next. You can:

  • Get medical care and evidence collection (even if you're unsure about reporting)
  • Speak with a crisis counsellor or support advocate
  • Report to police (not mandatory, but they can be a resource)
  • Access follow-up counselling and support services
